First, you must have court orders for child support for each non-custodial parent. That is, if you have three children by three different fathers, you must have a court order for child support for each non-custodial parent.
Each case will be handled separately – regardless of whether the Child Support Enforcement Office or lawyer is involved – and will all be at different levels of progress.
